Title: Forums and Wiki migration to new server

We are planning to migrate to a new server today or tomorrow, depending on where you live.

Registration is currently disabled.
The forum will be placed in Maintenance Mode soon so we can transition the database/DNS/Certs.
Once the migration is complete, We will come out of maintenance mode and re-enable registration.

Hopefully things go well.

After we transition to the new server.
- Will take a look at getting the wiki editing resolved.
- Migrate the forum to SMF 2.1.4

Wiki has been migrated.  Authentication is with your forum credentials. If you are a WikiAuthor, you should be able to edit now.

If you would like to have edit right, please ask.
