Title: Update gdb

I request an update for the gdb package.

1. Flavor: TinyCore - CorePure64
2. Version: 15.0
3. Architecture: x86-64
4. Link: https://www.sourceware.org/gdb/

The gdb currently packaged has a dependency on readline. readline is updated in 2023 but gdb was not recompiled with the updated version of readline. Needs recompilation.
