Title: bluez with midi support

Would it be possible to have bluez.tcz built with midi support (--enable-midi during the ./configure process, I believe)?

This would be for x86_64:

tc@box:~$ uname -a
Linux box 5.15.10-tinycore64 #622 SMP Tue Dec 21 17:30:32 UTC 2021 x86_64 GNU/Linux
