Title: Rebuild Bluez5 for TC 13 x86 with deprecated tools re-enabled

Would it be possible to have the Bluez5 package rebuilt with the --enable-deprecated flag? This will restore tools like hciconfig, sdptool, rfcomm.  Since there's still no viable alternative to these tools for scripted processes that interact with the the Bluez stack, and the packages for several other distros still offer them, it should be fairly safe to add them.
