Title: [Solved] wrong time after wifi connection but initially correct time
Post by: puppybyte! on February 23, 2022, 12:12:58 PM
When I just boot into my 32bit TC 13, it shows the correct time initially, around 9AM now.  After about 15 secs later it changes to the wrong time as shown around 5PM.  What setting is wrong here?, I am guessing it is synchronizing via internet when wifi is autoconnected but ends up a wrong time. >:(

I think you need to set the correct timezone, take a look at the kernel command line options to set the correct timezone.

thanks, I was thinking since time is correct just after boot, can I just disable time sync?

Yes you can, just remove getTime.sh from your /opt/bootlocal.sh
