hello,
i successful transform my usb modem with
sudo usb_modeswitch -v 0x12d1 -p 0x1446 -V 0x12d1 -P 0x1436 -M 55534243123456780000000000000011062000000100000000000000000000
from (lsusb)
Bus 001 Device 007: ID 12d1:1446 Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. HSPA modem
to (lsusb)
Bus 001 Device 006: ID 12d1:1001 Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. E161/E169/E620/E800 HSDPA Modem
but now, i can't find any /dev/ttyUSB0

what am i doing???

I think you need to search in this forum a little more, to dig up if someone else has this problem before, and being solved.
 
Search with this keywords udev modem usb serial.
