i think that conseptualy  tidlywiki has much in common with tcl

the most striking of which are

minimalist phlosophy
and
slightly jarring save mechanism(s)! , (for unfamiliar users ;- )

try it!!!  ( with both standalone html architecture , and!   local/remote server saver architecture )
