Title: base-devs info file wrong

base-devs info file is wrong, it says that the extension includes for example gcc, but this is not true

It says:

i.e. it only contains the dev files for libstdc++ in the base, which is true, no?

same with ntfs-3g-adv.tce.list ... list file is wrong.
