Hello,
I have some problemls.
1. I cant see my energy status (I have the 100 MB version because I am noob). How can i fix that?
2. When I save documents, I cant find them. Is there no option to create a folder on desktop?
Thx

Which version (12.x?) and architecture (x86?) of tinycore are you using?
If by "energy status" you mean battery charge, you can use the flit extension.
If you wish documents saved under /home/tc to persist across reboots, you need to make a backup, i.e. execute the command "filetool.sh -b". Alternatively you can save to permanent storage.

Thx for the fast reply!

CorePlus is x86 - presumeably you have 12.x, but you can confirm with the "version" command.
Did you install CorePlus or did you burn it to cd/dvd?

Yes its ersion 12
I installed it on my acer eee with an USB Stick

And when I set a new background, why is it all resettet after reboot?
And when I want to save my text files, WHERE can I do that? Which directory I have to choose?
Thx.

Probably the best thing to do is read the tinycore book: http://tinycorelinux.net/book.html
If you have made a backup, your background should be saved.
If you saved files to /home/tc/file_name and made a backup, your files should be saved.
Aletnatively, you can save files to your usb stick at, for example, /mnt/sdb1/file_name.
