File wireless_tools.tcz.dep contains wireless-KERNEL.tcz. That translates to wireless-5.10.16-piCore-v7.tcz.
Repository contains wireless-5.10.16-piCore.tcz. It should be wireless-5.10.16-piCore-v7.tcz.

Which board are you using?

Board: 3B+

Can't reproduce. Tested piCore-13.0.2 on RPi 3B Plus. Installing wireless-tools from the repo it correctly fetches wireless-5.10.16-piCore-v7. Modules are loaded as it can be seen with lsmod which shows downloaded modules match the kernel. Checked v7 repo, in contains only v7 kernel modules.
Please try a clean install.

bmarkus,
Thank you. I appreciate your very quick response.
I was able to resolve the issue on 3B+ board by redownloading wireless_tools.tcz and its dependencies.
