Title: TCL Wiki Permission denied

Hi guys. Is it good, that the tcl's wiki request for some permissions just to provide user for some information in readonly mode ?

Just trying to go to homepage of the tcl's wiki:

Ok, thanks. But, it's seems strange, that the main wiki( with which pages linked many tutorials ) is disabled
Is project alive ?
