Title: Using freedesktop.org menu items for JWM & WBAR

A standard freedesktop.org menu item contains all necessary information used in a JWM menu or by WBAR. Threfore it is possible to create a tool to automatically add such a menu item to JWM and WBAR when JWM starts.

It would make life much more easier. Such a menu definition usually part of the applications and would give a single maintenance point.

I believe the decision was mainly made so that the defaults would have the least required processing.
