Hi !

The submitqc doesn't correct the permissions of tce.installed folder in the tcz. I have tested on 2 tczs for multiple times and confirmed this. Please rectify this.

A bad extension can mess things up too.  I've often thought about having tce-load make sure permissions are correct after writing to the tce.installed folder.
