Just a show of gratitude for those who submit tcz's ...
It's hard to keep up with all of them, and many get updated by the authors, but if you aren't keeping track or using them at the time, it's easy to overlook.
So thanks GNUser for ed.
We talked about that before, and is not everyone's cup of tea, but thanks! Now all we have to do is track down QED (which the same original author (Ken Thompson) originally put the abstract concept of regular expressions into) and I'll be as close to CTSS as I can get! :)
Jaunito - thanks for the links update!
While I don't use it for actual web-browsing, I do use it as a convenient local filesystem browser quite often. Saw the 64 bit update recently and feel at home again with it on my system.
And a whole host of others who take the time to develop and submit tcz's, which are too numerous to count....

Indeed, I second these "Thanks"!
I was not able to detect the ed extension, where is it (I've got my own though)? Also, teco/videoteco would be fun (got an extension for tc 9, but so far failed to compile it for tc 11)!
Finally, a question: I can't locate the instructions for extension submission - on the wike (where my bookmark points) I receive an error page (for some time now):

Hi Rich,
fab, thanks for the info - I hope that somebody will enjoy the extensions I made/submitted now...
Cheers, udo.
P.S.: The authentication issue with http://wiki.tinycorelinux.net persists - at least for me. Is this a problem at my end or at the server end?

Hi udo
The problem is at the server end.
-
Ok, so nothing I can do about it ...
Thanks, udo.
