Title: I can't install netsurf, Is there a problem with the repo?

I tried to install netsurf the traditional way.

But the server returns an error:

What's the problem?

Note, I think that the problem is on my end and I can't install any other app, because I keep receiving the same error  :-\

Permission problems in your local /tmp? Doesn't seem to be any issues on the server.

Strange, because I didn't do anything else other than installing tiny core linux...

Is there a way to fix this, because I couldn't find anything about this after googling this issue...
