I have never had the opportunity to use DCORE before.
I don't know how much difference is between TCL.
my goal is to use steam on a light linux! :)

This makes no sense. Steam itself is huge, requires a ton of deps, and the games are hundreds of gigabytes.

Xor - you really don't understand TC nor dCore. Do you know what an "SCE" even is? Maybe you should practice first to find out.
Actually - no. What you don't understand is that by the time you get all the supporting architecture installed to do Steam, or any number of your other resource-intensive projects, TC and dCore are no longer "light" in ram requirements, and hardly make a difference at that point.
But don't let that stop you. Instead of asking us to be unpaid volunteers for making YOUR distro, how about trying it yourself first?
Or here's a thought: answer the questions devs ask, or put into place the suggestions they propose, instead of merely repeating your question in a different manner hoping for a different outcome?
It truly is a time-saver.

In terms of TCL resource consumption, there is a RAM consumption corresponding to Xp.
rough accounts;
TCL or XP operating system = consuming 250 MB of RAM.

Well, dCore won't make a good starting point for you, since it uses more ram than TC by default - different objectives.
