Tiny Core Linux

I've had this virus on my computer that keeps overwriting robocopy.exe and presumably other things. After a few failed attempts to find it with a BitDefender system scan, I decided to run Rescue Mode. When I boot into Tiny Core, however, there are lots of errors in the console about all of my USB ports (including my mouse and keyboard) failing with the error code -32. Do you have any advice on how to fix this? Thanks, ~Daniel

It sounds like you are using a rescue cd/dvd/usb-stick based on a customised version of tinycorelinux - if this is the case, please ask the supplier for help.

Either a bios bug, or you have some bad hardware connected, shorting out an usb port etc.

Hi danieldigital
Either a bios bug, or you have some bad hardware connected, shorting out an usb port etc.
Try shutting off the machine and unplug any USB devices (keyboard, mouse , hub, etc.) you have connected. Turn the machine on
and see if any of the errors go away.
