Title: [solved] forum news isn't updated since 12/05

above this post as i type it and when i login it says: News: 12/5/08 tinycore_1.0rc3 now released!

i was just about to try rc4, guess that i'll get rc5 instead :)

oh yeah, if it was any other distro i wouldn't be able to stand it. one of the reasons that dsl is my favorite distro is because of the amount of attention that went into each ini string and other changes. smaller a distro is, the more possible that becomes, if people even bother. in this regard, roberts has been my hero. i've already run oss and almost have flash working (need to try it on something with more than 256m ram, then i can stop using an outdated mini livecd for youtube) and learned to modprobe. christmas came early this year.
