I read " When the desktop appears you will see the window bar on the bottom of the screen. SINGLE CLICK ON THE ICON THAT LOOKS LIKE A FILE CABINET ; THAT WILL OPEN THE FILE MANAGER PROGRAM."
Where is this file manager ? I don't see it.

That page seems a bit out of date, a file manager hasn't been included in several years.
