Title: 64 bit request for mtpaint

Hi Juanito

I have used wget to download mtpaint and its dep from 10x and attempted to run it on 11.1x
I then modded the dep to use giflib7 but mtpaint is looking for an older shared object

mtpaint: error while loading shared libraries: libgif.so.6
when you get a chance can you update mtpaint please.
If I can, I am happy to build it if time is an issue for you
