Title: Files / file permisssions in 2.x/tcz repo

I'm having trouble with the .md5.txt file for
  attr.tcz
in the 2.x/tcz repo where it looks like the file permissions are preventing me from getting it (403 - forbidden error in web browser)

Also I can't get the .list files for
  dosbox.tcz
  flwm.tcz
  giblib-1.2.4.tczl
  hackedbox.tcz
  thunderbird.tcz
  wbar.tcz
I get 404 - Not Found errors when trying to view these in a web browser.

I couldn't download the .list file for
  libxfce4util.tczl
last night, but I can see it in the web browser today.

Is it just me, or is anyone else seeing these issues?

Yes. One file had a permission issue. Corrected.
Several were missing list files. Corrected.
