Title: Tiny Core on HP Omnibook xe4500

Hi,

  I download Tiny Core 11 ISO image. Burned it to CD. I boot on HP Omnibook xe4500 machine with 756 MB of RAM. CD is booting but hangs on ISOLINUX 4.05 message.
I try to boot the same CD on the other newer HP workstation and it boots without problem.
Have you any idee what can be wrong ?

Some old BIOSes have incompatibilities with isolinux. Workarounds include that one boot floppy (I forget the name), doing a manual install from another linux live cd, etc.

Ok I will try. BTW: ArchLinux 32 ISO image boots OK on this machine.

Somone could create iso with grub (grub4dos) or script that TC users could create their own iso.
