Title: piCore 10.x: python3.6-RPi.GPIO not found
Post by: flixxi on November 25, 2019, 06:18:25 PM
I'm trying to run a python script on a freshly installed tc system (it is a piCorePlayer).
Some time ago I already managed to do this, on TC 10 I'm unable to find the python RPi.GPIO package - it is not in the repository.

Does anyone know where I could get it (or how I could compile it? I actually can't even get this system to compile and pack tcz files... compiletc.tcz is missing from the repo as well)

Hi flixxi
The most recent version to offer  RPi GPIO  and  compiletc  is TC9. Whether it's usable on your system I don't know.
You should probably be asking this on:
https://www.picoreplayer.org
since we don't provide support for piCorePlayer.

Thank you for the answer, Rich.
I know that piCorePlayer is not supported by you - but none the less I found many useful clues and howtos here.
