Title: How do you add an app to the bar or dock at the bottom of the desktop?

I have really old laptops running Tiny Core Linux Micro Core.  The guy who set them up (who has since left our company) installed firefox, and I reinstalled firefox on some of them.  Even when I install "on boot" it doesn't show up on the bar or dock at the bottom (what should I call that?  Task Bar?  Dock?)

How do I make an app show up there?

Which version of tinycore are you using?

In recent versions of tinycore, firefox is updated using the firefox-ESR or firefox_getLatest extensions.
