Title: sce-debpurge deletes too much

I think the command deletes to many packages.

Hi.  Could you give me some examples of .deb packages that get unnecessarily deleted so I can test?  Thanks.

But I do see that the script needs updating to include amd64 as well as i386 and armhf, I have adjusted that and will upload an RC tomorrow  to test as there are some cosmetic fixes in other things as well.
