Title: Bluetooth missing hcitool, rfcomm, etc.

I am trying to follow along with:

https://www.pcsuggest.com/linux-bluetooth-setup-hcitool-bluez/

to get bluetooth going, but I can't find many of the tools or x86_64. I could find rfkill and bluez. But I don't know if TCL has alternate utilities? I need to be able to scan and pair.
