Title: Time goes wrong from time to time

After 80 Days uptime my raspi1's clock is some minutes about the real time.
How can I sync again? Is it possible to run a cron job or should I call ntpd -p timeserver without -q option?
How do you sync date?
AFAIK the only sync happens on network start once the raspi has booted.
