Title: fcitx with gtk3 and qt5 support in tc9.0 64

i.m use fcitx-sunpinyin for input chinese in tc64, but it only support gtk2 and qt4 program.
it make my lastbuild firefox can not input chinese, i check the fcitx in the repo and find it not support gtk3.
so please make a update fo it. :)
