Title: gvim missing dependencies

Both in TC 8.x86 and in TC 9.x86 there are missing dependencies.
gtk3.tcz
ncurses5.tcz

gvim: error while loading shared libraries: libgtk-3.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
gvim: error while loading shared libraries: libncursesw.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
