Are there any tiny core iso download mirrors because i cant download it of the official site using
ftp://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/tinycorelinux/2.x/release/tinycore_2.1rc2.iso
it comes up with a page load error saying
"Connection Interrupted
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again."
Are there any mirrors where i could download the latest release

rc2 is not the latest release, it's dated a week before the stable 2.1.
One mirror:
ftp://ftp.nluug.nl/pub/metalab/distributions/tinycorelinux/2.x/release/

it still said the same thing when clicked on the link you gave me :'(

Hmm, I can access both sites fine, ibiblio and nluug.

Here's another mirror: ftp://sunsite.icm.edu.pl/pub/Linux/sunsite.unc.edu/distributions/tinycorelinux/2.x/release/

I'm having the same problem trying to download 2.1 final. I tried both of the mirrors suggested and could not download from anywhere. I even tried using Opera, Firefox and Filezilla in case it was a browser related issue. In all cases I recieve an initial 10k and then nothing more. :'(

Many sites also unofficially distribute our ISOs, and there's a torrent too:
