Hello everyone. I really hope that i am posting in the right section.

I have always been an aging Ubuntu user and have now been given another desktop computer and i would really like to install Tiny Core on it.
The trouble is i'm not very tech savvy and i really would appreciate it if someone could tell me which version of Tiny Core would be most suitable
for a beginner like myself. Plus any tips on how to install the OS. Big thanks merfred

Maybe the easiest thing would be to burn the CorePlus iso to cd/dvd and boot from that.

If you like tinycore, you can then use tc-install (provided with CorePlus) to install to usb stick or hd.

Hi Juanito
I shall do as you have suggested and have a go with CorePlus iso.
Thanks for the reply.

... and take a look the book:

The strategy behind tinycore is quite different compared to other (bloated) distros.

Have fun!
