Since this would break Xorg-7.7-3d, opencl, clang and others, there's no plan for an update at the moment.

Edit: Is this fixed yet:

Wanted to ask for an update to Mesa 17.3.1 as well. It should be released any day now:

Probably better to wait until xorg-server 1.20.x is released and then update everything (LLVM 6.0.0 has also been released in the meantime).
