Title: Extend info.txt format

There is an info.txt file in the repos with the available extension names, like:

915resolution.tce
aalib.tcel
abiword-plugins.tce
abiword.tce
ace-of-penguins.tcel
acl-devs.tce
acl.tcel
...
...
...


Extending the lines with the md5 and date/time of the last change would help a lot to write community tools to check changes on a fast way without downloading individual md5.txt files.

That file is used internally in the base tools - thus likely not to be changed

So I suppose you could be asking for a site feature in another location?

date and times are not as reliable as md5sum check.

Sure. Date and time only for information, not to identify changes.
