It's a bare metal backup restore utility. It's basically a set of scripts that depends on a number of other packages, e.g. partclone, partimage etc.
gparted is already there, it'd be perfect with clonezilla added!
Thanks.

but clonezilla is already in live cd format?

I want to get rid of my optical drive to simplify my pc config and boot a little faster. Plus lots of pcs and especially laptops don't come with one anymore.
-
Clonezilla's homepage says they support USB sticks.
-
What I want is ONE usb stick for all utilities: Clonezilla + Gparted and more. Tiny Core already has most of what I need except Clonezilla. ;D

There's another way around. (Though you may not like the idea.)
Modify your boot loader to boot from a Clonezilla ISO file.
Or extract the contents in the ISO to your USB and boot from there.
I think Clonezilla is a OS itself rather than a program that can be compiled.
