Title: tce-wget bash.tcz - cannot create '/home/root/.bashrc': Path does not exist

Is this a bug or is there something I should do to circumvent this.

This is a bug in bash's install script and not tce-wget.  I will fix it, likely tonight.

Thanks for the report, it is fixed in both tce and tcz form.
