Title: piCore 8.x - missing libltdl-dev.tcz

libltdl-dev.tcz  is required by  php5-dev.tcz  and  php7-dev.tcz  but not available in repo.

libltdl.tcz is the runtime library only. For other parts see libtool.tcz libtool-dev.tcz libtool-doc.tcz

In that case,  php5-dev.tcz  and  php7-dev.tcz  incorrectly list  libltdl-dev.tcz  as a dep.
