Title: Keyboard configuration in console - speed and repeat

Hello
I have rbPI on tinycore linux (no xWindows only console).
Is there any option to change speed and repeat of key pressed on keyboard?
On big system there is "kbdrate" command... but i don't see it on tinyPI.

I will add the kbd package to the repo in few days.

Install kbd.tcz from the repo (piCore-8.x)
