dCore-xenial has had it's base files and libraries updated to current.  No version or file name changes so the previous release candidate should not cause error with newly imported sce extensions.

dCorePlus-xenial is updated and now has by default the boot code net.ifnames=0 added so wireless devices are recognized as wlan0, wlan1, etc, instead of the Predictable Network Interface Names that is now the default in udev after version 197.
