Title: bugs in samba3.tcz (TC 7.x)

Hi folks,

found two bugs in samba3.tcz (as of July 27th, 2016):

1.) "samba3.tcz.dep" lacks acl.tcz (smbd needs libacl.so.1)

2.) startup file "/usr/local/etc/init.d/samba" needs a "fi" at the end of stop function, after line 25.
