Title: Is python-babel somewhere in the repos ?

Hi all,

I'm updating the rdiffweb extension.

New dependency is python-babel, I've done a search on a few of the different repos and did not find anything with babel in it.
Is it already done and I simply can't find it or will I have to make it ?
