Title: droidcam needs tce.installed

Thanks Jason for the package, it works, but why not just call it droidcam?
needs in tce.installed:

modprobe v4l2loopback-dc
mkdir ~/.droidcam
touch ~/.droidcam/settings
but the last two lines shoud be run by the user, noot root

OK, will add the startup script. 

Called it droidcam as to not interfere with any other repo ports as pre-built takes precedence over the rest, but as it requires a kernel module there is unlikely to be any ready to use ones.  So at least for now will change it to
droidcam.

the post install script is missing the creation of the dir/file in home.
The application file points to the wrong program.
libbluetooth3 is needed as a dep
