Title: no icons on wbar when sce-load custom sce in latest release(-candidates)

Hi,

I have some custom sce. When I sce-load its in dCore-trusty 2016.03.03 their icons appear properly in the wbar.
But with the latest release 2016.05.24 and the newer release-candidates the icons don't appear in wbar, only when I exit to system and then execute startx they come back to the wbar.

And also there are no entries in the applications menu until I exit to system and return to X.

Try to right click.. to reload the wbar.

With right click refresh wbar but no icons. Only with exit to system and then startx to come icons in wbar

This should be fixed in the newest RC, just uploaded now.
