Title: Send shutdown signal to CorePure64
Post by: greatimte4 on June 20, 2016, 04:22:33 AM
I have a machine running as VM as Hyper-V with tinycore.I am running a script in bootsync.sh and it starts a blocking menu.  Till the user do not select an option from the menu, it remains blocked on the menu which is what I want.  However, when I try to shutdown the VM from Hyper-V, the machine do not shutdown as the menu is still blocking.  How can I make the tiny core accept the shutdown signal?

You could post your script?

There's a client app for VMware VM's that will catch the shutdown signal so you can stop things like databases before it powers off. Is there no similar app for Hyper-V?
