apps tool cannot download samba3.tcz
report wget service returned erro:HTTP/1.1 416 Requested Range Not Satisfiable
other packets download ok ,with virtual box tiny download samba3.tcz ok

It works OK for me.

You could check your tce/optional folder for partially downloaded samba3.tcz* files, delete them and try again.

Also check you're not out of space.
