Runned sce-update -a and saw a wrong think about "rage", this package is dependent on enlightenment.

Enlightenment contains libefl-data, libelementary1, and so rage itself has no updates.
Eventual updates of libefl-data and libelementary1 should be listed under enlightenment updates, but I see:

Importing rage, it correctly imports only rage itself

Continuing the post, during the rage import, which I did after sce-update -a, I saw this message:

md5sum: can't open '/etc/sysconfig/tcedir/import/debinx/NEWDEBINX': File o directory non esistente

Finished importing rage.sce.

I see similar duplicate http entries when importing rage.sce with enlightenment.sce on dCore-trusty and using the niko2040 repo.  I saw the same after reverting the latest "nice" changes so not due to the recent RC.

Thanks for testing and reporting, I will look into it.

Please test the new RC, should be good now.
