Title: TC4 Broken links in boost-1.50-dev.tcz

For every  .a  library in the  boost-1.50-dev.tcz  extension in  TC4  there is a link to a nonexistent  .so  library, resulting in a
couple dozen broken links. Maybe  boost-1.50.tcz  needs to be added to the dependency file?

files repartitioned between boost-1.50-dev.tcz and boost-1.50.tcz (the bin files were also in -dev) and adjusted boost-1.50-dev.tcz.dep
