Title: desktop= boot code not working in dcore jessie

Like the subject says.

I edit the code into tce/boot/extlinux/extlinux.conf

Just like the other ones.   Backup and reboot and same old FWLM window manager.

Several others are installed and its ignoring it.

Do I have to do an extra step I'm missing?

Ensure only one Window Manager is listed in /tce/sceboot.lst, the desktop=* bootcode may not be needed, reboot hopefully good.

desktop= boot code should be working, always has for me.

Just make sure the SCEs containing them are installed, and the format is

desktop=icewm
desktop=fluxbox
desktop=xfce4-session
desktop=startlxde
etc, etc
