Yeah, sce-import is not at this point set up to be launched from another tool though I did go ahead and make the graphical app.  When the update issue has settled I will look into allowing options.  But really the graphical Sce Tools is designed for beginners who normally go with defaults.

But that being said, ultimately I would like to have graphical front ends for the SCE tools that would allow check boxes for enabling/disabling options.
