Title: "Download timed out" when using tce-ab

The title says it all ... seems some sort of server is offline somewhere.

Correct, it's been mentioned in the forum previously.
Select a different mirror, such as Lee's recent post:

As a temporary work around, maybe try setting your mirror to the ibiblio one:
echo http://distro.ibiblio.org/tinycorelinux/ >/opt/tcemirror

From Europe, nluug.nl is pretty fast while ibiblio is often slow.
