  Is it possible to build a tcz with firefox with flash already installed

No, Adobe does not allow redistributing Flash.

Getting Flash in TC is easy, check out getFlash10 and getFlash11 extensions. Manual install is also easy, if you require more step by step instructions post back.

Also don't forget to run getFlash11 to update your personal flash11 extension whenever you get a message stating that flash is outdated.
Flash11 maybe the last version for Linux but adobe produces frequent security fixes which are obtainable by running getFlash11 periodically.
This also stops the security warning message boxes

Note also that getFlash11 installs the appropriate audio interface depending on your systems audio drivers
